Machine Issues¶

Machine Issues is the fleet-wide view of every open problem across your organisation — trigger alerts, VFD faults and warnings, CNC alarms, overdue Maintenance plans, and overdue Inspection rounds — in one screen, grouped by machine. It answers "which machines need attention right now?" in the fewest clicks possible.

Four numbers at a glance:

Filtering by category¶

Below the summary strip, a row of category chips (Power Quality, Motor, Thermal, Safety, and so on) shows how many open issues fall into each. Click a chip to filter the machine list below to just that category; click All to clear the filter. This is the one-click way to answer "is this a motor problem or a power quality problem across the plant?"

The machine list¶

Each row is one affected machine, showing:

• Machine name
• Issue count badge
• Up to three of its open issues (with a "+N more" indicator if there are more), each showing a source icon, a short description, and how long ago it started
• A View button

Machines with a critical/trip-level issue are sorted to the top.

Click any issue line, or the View button, to jump straight to that machine's own detail page — the VFD Dashboard, the CNC alarms panel, the Trigger Notifications list, or the asset's own page for a Maintenance/Inspection issue, depending on the source. Acknowledging an issue happens on that page, not here — Machine Issues is a view for spotting problems quickly, not a replacement for each source's own detail view.

When there's nothing to show¶

If every machine in your fleet is currently clear, the page shows a simple "No open issues" state instead of an empty list.

Viewing recently resolved issues¶

The Active / History toggle at the top of the page switches between what's happening right now and what's already been resolved:

• Active (default) — the machine-grouped view described above, open issues only.
• History — every trigger, VFD, maintenance, and inspection event that resolved on its own in the last 7 days, newest first, each row tagged Resolved or Active. This is the place to check for something that flagged briefly and cleared before you had a chance to see it in Active — a short-lived VFD trip, for example, is otherwise only visible on that specific machine's own Alarm History panel.

History shows a flat list rather than grouping by machine, since the point is "what happened, in order" rather than "which machines need attention right now."
