Word Registers¶
The Word Registers panel gives a live, bit-level view of every configured word register on the drive. It is collapsed by default to save space — click Expand to open it.
What it shows¶
Each word register type that has a parameter mapped gets its own tab:
- Alarm Word (Par 16-90)
- Alarm Word 2 (Par 16-91)
- Warning Word (Par 16-92)
- Warning Word 2 (Par 16-93)
- Extended Status Word (Par 16-94)
- Maintenance Word (Par 16-96)
- Status Word (Par 16-03)
Select a tab to view the bit table for that register.
Reading the table¶
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Bit | The bit position (0–31) within the word |
| Name | The name of the condition or flag this bit represents, and its alarm code where applicable |
| State | Active (pulsing red dot) if the bit is currently set to 1; a dash if it is 0 |
| Severity | The severity level of that bit — shown highlighted when active, dimmed when clear |
The raw register value is shown above the table in hexadecimal and decimal for cross-reference with the drive's keypad or programming tool.
Tip
Use this panel to verify that word registers are streaming correctly and to check the exact state of individual bits without needing access to the drive keypad or Modbus diagnostic tool.
Collapsed by default¶
The Word Registers panel starts collapsed to keep the dashboard tidy. The collapse / expand state resets each time the page is loaded. Only tabs for mapped word register parameters are shown — if a register has not been configured, its tab does not appear.
