Configuration — AI Assistant¶
Rate Limits¶
Each organisation has an hourly request quota for the AI Assistant. This controls how many conversations can be sent per hour across all users in your organisation.
If the limit is reached, the assistant will respond with a message indicating when requests will resume. Limits reset at the start of each UTC hour.
The default limits vary by your organisation's plan tier. Contact your Enture administrator if you need a higher limit for your organisation.
Response Length¶
The assistant can produce long-form outputs — detailed reports, multi-section analysis, and data-heavy tables — without truncation. There is no need to ask for a "short" answer if you want comprehensive results; equally, the assistant will keep answers concise when the question calls for it.
Knowledge Base¶
Your organisation may have a knowledge base loaded into the assistant — internal documentation, SOPs, reference materials — that it draws on when answering questions. This is managed by your Enture administrator via the document upload tools.
