Gantt Chart

The Gantt Chart gives you a visual, fleet-wide view of every scheduled Work Order — when it's planned to run, and how it relates to other Work Orders.

Accessing the Gantt Chart

Open the Planning sidebar and select Gantt Chart.

Reading the chart

Each bar represents one Work Order, positioned and sized by its Scheduled Start and Scheduled End dates. The bar's label shows the Work Order number and SKU.

Arrows between bars show dependencies — for example, an arrow from Work Order A to Work Order B means B depends on A (see Dependencies on the Work Orders page for how these are set up).

Click any bar to open that Work Order's detail page.

Only scheduled Work Orders appear

A Work Order needs both a Scheduled Start and a Scheduled End set to show up on the chart — set these from the Work Order's own detail page (see Scheduling a Work Order). If any Work Orders are missing one or both dates, a note above the chart tells you how many are hidden for this reason.

The chart is view-only — dragging or resizing bars is not yet supported. To change a Work Order's schedule, update it from its own detail page.
