Reports¶
The Reports page generates a detailed table of energy consumption data for any date range, grouped by the interval of your choice. Use it to produce records for billing review, management reporting, or audit purposes.
Generating a report¶
- Set a From date and To date using the date pickers.
- Choose a Grouping:
- Daily — one row per incomer per day
- Weekly — one row per incomer per week
- Monthly — one row per incomer per month
- Click Generate.
The table populates with results for all configured incomers across the selected range.
Report columns¶

| Date | The date (or week/month start) for the row |
| Machine | The incomer machine name |
| Type | EB, SOLAR, WIND, or DG |
| Usage (kWh) | Total active energy consumed in the period |
| Max (kW) | Highest recorded demand in the period |
| Min (kW) | Lowest recorded demand in the period |
Exporting to CSV¶
Click Export CSV to download the full table as a comma-separated values file. The filename includes the selected date range.
The CSV can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application for further analysis or to attach to reports.
Tips¶
Monthly billing report
Set From to the first day of a billing month, To to the last day, and Grouping to Daily. Export the CSV for a day-by-day breakdown you can cross-reference with your utility bill.
Year-over-year comparison
Generate a report grouped by Monthly for a full year to quickly spot seasonal consumption patterns or the impact of new equipment.
