Asset Management¶

Asset Management is the single home for everything about your physical assets — their identity and location, whether they're healthy right now, whether their preventive maintenance is up to date, and (as the product grows) their work orders, inspections, spare parts, reliability history, and compliance records.

Navigate to it from the app launcher, or Asset Management in the left sidebar once inside.

• Asset Registry — every machine in your organisation, with identity details, warranty/AMC, and documents in one place
• Asset Health — a 0–100 health score per VFD asset, with a transparent breakdown of what's affecting it
• Maintenance — preventive maintenance plans, tracked by calendar time and/or running hours, with an overdue-first view across your fleet
• Inspections — recurring inspection rounds with a guided digital checklist, plus a fleet-wide register of open findings
• Documents — a fleet-wide library pulling every asset's documents and SOPs into one searchable list
