Usage Report

Creating a Usage Report

  1. Open the Reports menu.
  2. You will see three tabs: Generated Reports, Custom Reports, and Compare.
  3. Enable Settings Mode (top-right corner).
  4. Choose Generated Report.
  5. You will see different types of reports (highlighted in yellow).
  6. Click “Create Usage Report”.
  7. A form will slide up where you need to enter:
    • Name
    • Correction Factor
    • Unit
    • Workspace
    • Device
    • Parameter (e.g., RPM, Current, Frequency, Heat Sync Temp)
  8. Click “Create” to generate the report.

Updating or Deleting a Usage Report

  • To edit a report, click the ✏️ Edit Icon.
  • The same form will appear, allowing you to make modifications.
  • After updating, click “Update” to save changes.
  • To delete a report, click the 🗑️ Delete Icon.

Directions to Use

  1. Hover over the created usage report to see “View Details” (highlighted in green).
  2. Click “View Details”.

  1. A new page will appear where you can:
    • View usage reports based on From/To Date.
    • Display the report as a Line Chart or Bar Chart.
    • Download the report as a PDF using “Download PDF”.
  2. Below, you will see a table listing the date and kWh usage.
  3. The table can also be downloaded as a PDF using “Download Table”.
