Reports

Reports is something, typically gives you an information in a detailed manner of your usage details.

Once, when you choose reports from the left-hand side of the menu you will enter into a page where you will be seeing three types of tabs namely,

  • Generated reports,
  • Custom reports,
  • Compare reports

Custom Report

  • Turn on the settings mode (on the top right corner)
  • Choose the Custom Report option (as shown below). Then you will be able to see four parameters, namely: “Parameter Report”, “Time of Day - Parameter”, “Parameter Total Usage” and “Parameter Miscellaneous Report”
  • Parameter Report:
    1. Choose the required field from the drop-down option for workspace device, device parameter, enter the dates and tick the checkbox: “Normalized data”.
  • Then click on the generate report option so that the report will be created and be displayed (as shown below)
  • You can also download the table as highlighted below.
  • Time Of Day - Parameter:
    1. choose the required field from the drop-down option for workspace device, device parameter and enter the dates, choose the from-time and to-time and tick the checkbox: “Normalized data”.
  • Then click on the generate report option so that the report will be created and be displayed which can also be downloaded by clicking “Download Table” option (as highlighted below).
  • Parameter Total Usage:
    1. choose the required field from the drop-down option for workspace device, device parameter and enter the from-date and to-date
  • Then click on the generate report option so that the report will be created and will be displayed in the form of a Bar graph by default (as shown below).
  • Parameter Miscellaneous Report:
    1. choose the required field from the drop-down option for workspace device, device parameter and enter the from-date and to-date
  • Then click on the generate report option so that the report will be created and will be displayed in the form of a Bar graph by default (as shown below).
  • The report can also be viewed in the form of line graph by clicking on “line” on top right corner (as highlighted below)

Comparison Report

Comparison Report is that which is flexible to compare the parameter reports

  • Here, choose Compare. (As shown below)
  • When you click that tab, you will see a page shown below:
  • Here, you will be seeing two topics like (parameter comparison and historical time of the day comparison-parameter).
  • Parameter Trends:
  • Under parameter trends, choose workspace from the drop-down option available, then choose device from the drop-down option available then choose the device parameter of your choice (you can choose multiple parameters).
  • Next, you will need to choose a from date and to date and then choose a timeframe option from the drop-down option available (daily, monthly, yearly).
  • Once you have chosen all the options required then click ‘Generate report’.
  • Then you will be seeing a graph showing the parameter trends.

Additional note: You can have multiple parameter trends using Mutiple (workspace, device and parameters)

  • Parameter comparison:
  • Under the parameter comparison, choose the workspace from the drop-down option available and then choose device from the drop-down option available and then choose the device parameter from the option of your choice.
  • Next, you will need to choose a from date and to date and then choose a timeframe option from the drop-down option available (daily, monthly, yearly).
  • Once you have chosen all the options required then click ‘Generate report’.
  • Then you will be seeing a graph showing the parameter trends.

Additional note: You can have multiple parameter trends using Mutiple (workspace, device and parameters)

  • Historical time of day comparison – parameter:
  • Under this comparison, choose the workspace from the drop-down option available and then choose device from the drop-down option available and then choose the device parameter from the option of your choice.
  • Next, you have to choose date1 &date2 of your preference and then choose from and to date (of your choice) and then click ‘Generate report’ so that you will be seeing a graph which shows your parameter comparison.
  • Next you will be seeing a graph representing a history time of day comparison of as shown below.
  • You have the option to download the report as both pdf and table as per your choice. (As shown above)

Generated Report

Generated report is that where you can create a different types of reports.

In-order to create those reports, turn on the Settings view (on the top right corner) then you will be seeing options to create types of reports such as to create (reports, different types of sec reports and consolidated report).

    Consolidated Report

  • Choose ‘create consolidated report’ button.
  • Then create consolidated report dialog box will be opened.(as shown below)
  • Once when the dialog box is opened then enter the ‘label’ and choose the ‘Report type’ from the drop-down option available.
  • And then ‘choose report’ from the drop –down option available. And then click ‘Add’ button.
  • Once when you Click Add, your report will be added to the list. There you have delete option also to delete.
  • And then enter the ‘name’ and the ‘description’ and ‘choose the notification groups.
  • After entering all the details click submit button. Your consolidated report will be displayed under the generated reports.
  • Once when you hover over the created report you will have the option ‘view report’ and you also have the option to delete the created report if not required.
  • When you click the view report you will be seeing the entire details which you have already done to create the report there you can make changes and update it.

    TimeFrame SEC Report

  • Turn on the settings mode (on the top right corner).
  • In order to generate a timeframe SEC report, Choose Reports from the menu.
  • In reports, three tabs will be visible namely, generated reports, custom reports and compare.
  • Choose the Generated Report option (as shown below).
  • In the generated report you will see four options (as shown below): Create Usage Report, Create SEC Report, Create Timeframe SEC Report and Create Consolidated Report. Out of these four options click on Create Timeframe SEC Report
  • In order to create the report, enter the required parameters like
    1. Name of the report
    2. Energy Unit
    3. Prod unit
    4. Correction Factor
    5. SEC unit
  • Now choose the appropriate options for the following from the drop down
    1. Workspace
    2. Device
    3. Parameters
    4. Energy Parameters
  • Finally choose the “From” time, “To” time, enter the number of intervals and tick the checkbox for Granular Data at bottom left corner
  • Once all the required parameters are entered click on the Create button at bottom right corner.
  • The generated Timeframe SEC Report will be available under the Generated Reports section
  • You can view the report by hovering over the report name and clicking on the “View Report” option.
  • You can filter the report by choosing the appropriate options from the drop down for the following parameters
    1. Params
    2. Operator
    3. Targeted Value
  • Once the filter conditions are added, click on “Add Filter”
  • You can generate the trends by grouping, in order to do so choose the appropriate option from the dropdown “Group By” and then click on “generate grouped trends”. (As shown Below)
  • To download the trend, click on the “Download Trend” option as shown below.
  • To download the table, click on the “Download Table'' option as shown below.
  • In order to edit the generated report, click on edit icon on top right corner as shown below
  • Change all parameters as required and click on update.
